The human heart is made to love. It’s made to feel good. But sometimes stuff happens that makes you question who you are and leave your feeling destroyed. Life’s worst trials and challenges do this. It leads to suffering with doubt, worries and fears. It’s like you’re surrounded by a fog and all you can see is the hurt and pain of loss.

This happens more often than you may realize. The sudden loss of a job you’ve invested years of your life in. Or not getting the promotion you deserve that you worked so hard for. An end to a long time friendship. Being cut out of someone else’s life all of sudden. Your partner or spouse deciding to leave without giving a reason or trying to fight for what you have built together.

Suddenly all you feel is the pain of loss.

Which feels like your world is destroyed and you’ve been transported to your own personal hell. You hurt in ways you didn’t know you could.

That was me two and a half years ago. Out of nowhere, my marriage to my best friend was over and she left. Walked out and didn’t look back. A life built together completely destroyed. My worst fear of rejection and abandonment came true. Shattered and crushed was how I felt all day every day.

When this happens, the human instinct is to run from the pain. Find some way to console yourself and cope that relieves you of the anguish and suffering you feel. But you can’t run from heartbreak and experience healing too. They’re mutually exclusive.

Healing comes when you lean into the pain, not run from it.

I spent a lot of time in the hell of heartbreak. It taught me a lot about myself. My own personal hell showed me that I had some very serious broken tendencies, attitudes, and patterns in me that had to change in order for me to become the person I’m destined to be. I learned that love operates in wholeness. Love is always giving, always nurturing and always hopeful. Love never fails.

Fear is the opposite. It questions everything in a negative way. Fear holds grudges. It judges and builds barriers to peace. Fear doesn’t want wholeness or healing.  Fear runs away.

However, fear can serve a role in your transformation. If you let fear show you what’s inside of you that needs to change, you can experience a transformation unlike anything else on earth.

But it’s your choice what you do while you’re in your most trying and difficult moments that make all the difference in your life.

I came out of my personal hell a different person, whole and solid in who I am. I saw that I had a lot of codependency, insecurities, doubts and fears before my world came crashing down. All of my self-worth came from the relationship I had with my ex-wife.

I didn’t value or love myself, and that brokenness caused all sorts of problems in my life that I turned a blind eye to. In dealing with these underlying issues and problems, change happened.

Gain the keys to hell to overcome your worst pain

After gaining the keys to hell, I was able to free myself from the torment and anguish. Free myself from the pains and problems I’d given myself and my mental health. I learned how to go through terrible heartbreak and come out whole. I learned how to be solid as a human being, and be love in all things.

If you’re in a place of personal hell, going through the agony of a crushing situation that has challenged your sense of self-worth, and created pains that you want freedom from, don’t spend another day suffering alone.

Let me help you. My experience working through the hell of loss and heartbreak showed me how to overcome the pain. I gained practical tools to use to deal with the real causes of pain, how to overcome the hurt, heal, and become the best version of yourself. This is what I reveal and illustrate in my new book Be Solid: How To Go Through Hell & Come Out Whole.
